From the Rutas del Inca coop in Northern Peru, we're excited to bring y'all this delicious coffee. It boasts both Gesha and Caturra varietals and offers a very clean cup. We think it tastes like a well balanced dessert that is creamy and tart with an almost effervescent mouthfeel.
