Subscription FAQ

Subscriptions are pushed through our system on Tuesdays, with the exception of Mardi Gras. We will roast and package your coffee the same day, or the next. Generally speaking, packages are picked up daily please know that we do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible... Check your order status for updates and if you have any specific questions please reach out!

We will cycle through our current catalog, selecting a new coffee every two weeks. Once we’ve worked through all of our current offerings, we start over. This cycle will be determined by how many coffees we have on hand and at any given time, although this is generally between 3-6 Single Origins and 4-5 Blends.

Gift your extra! Give us a shameless plug! Or, you can always pause or cancel your subscription. Log in to your portal to take care of that.

We love what we do and we love to showcase it, subscriptions are a great way for us to do this while you get to try a variety of coffee.
