Normally we let the tasting notes and coffee do the talking, but this one garners a few more words.
The tasting notes are funky, but it all works. If it wasn't a limited release I know each of us would be drinking it daily, but we must save some for all of you. With out getting too granular, in addition to the care, planning and experience that normally goes into the cultivation of specialty coffee, this one has had a total of 200 hours of anaerobic fermentation compared to the median 12-48 hours of fermentation. The long ferment produces those FUNky tasting notes, the extra care and attention make it all work so well.
This coffee is one that reminds us that our everyday can and should be special, unique and interesting.
